Shea McGee displayed a weight loss of about 10 pounds during her appearance on Dream Home Makeover. Shea credited her transformation to her new diet and routine.

While she does not resist her tongue when it comes to food, she makes sure to get in her day's worth of working in the gym and keep her body healthy. Her morning meal consists of a protein shake and nothing more while running after the kids get her sweating enough.

As a committed worker between nine to two, her days remain packed with discussing design and communication as a creative director. She rarely has enough time to get some carbs in her mouth but makes sure to drink her trustee diet coke. 

Shea McGee Morning Routine

Unlike most people, Shea starts her morning routine with a positive mindset, as it is the foundation for going through the days worth of work. 

According to Studio McGee, she has never been a morning person and tends to keep pressing the snooze button. But once the sleeping spells are over, she is energetic and chirpy.

After rolling out of bed, she checks her important emails before brushing her teeth and her skincare routine. Washing her face is the best part of her morning as it keeps her eyes open.

The next part had her changing out of her clothes and heading to the gym, where she finished her workout with a healthy protein shake in her hand. Her husband, Syd, is kind enough to make breakfast for the kids when she washes off the sweat and grime.

She turned on the music and headed to her girl's room to prepare them for school, having an impromptu dance party to get hyped for the day.
