The task must be completed within two days and under a budget of $10,000.

After finding the issues with the restaurant, Irvine prepares a plan accordingly. He changes the decor, updates sanitation, improves food, changes the menu, develops strategies, and educates the chef and staff.

Irvine is accompanied by a designer or sometimes two, including a general contractor who rarely performs both duties of the general contractor as well as designer.
