Letterkenny star Jared is not the only child born to his parents Anne and Richard Keeso. He has a sweet sister, Abigail, an entrepreneur, and a big brother, Alan.

Alan was born on January 29, 1983, and is 39 years old. A retired hockey player, he is married to his beautiful wife, Jacqueline, and has two adorable daughters. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Technology Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2008.

In addition to his educational qualification, he studied at the University of Oxford and has two master's degrees -a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Master's Degree, MSc. in Biodiversity, Conservation, and Management.

Having served at TPH Academy for over five years as Strategic Advisor, Alan became the academy's Chief Executive Officer of the academy on January 1, 2022. He brings extensive knowledge of TPH and its CoE (Center of Excellence) academy model, culture, and teams.

The Keeso Household

The Keeso siblings were born and raised in Listowel, Ontario, a beautiful town with around 7,500 residents. They grew up in hockey and the family sawmill (Keeso Sawmill Company), founded in 1872.

He and his siblings got hockey training from their father, Richard, and were put to work in elementary school. Alan stated he might have been seven when he bagged his first load of firewood.

The family worked in the chilling winter and also worked there through the summer. They would fill vessels with wood bound for campsites.

The siblings spent several years working in the sawmill company before embarking on their related fields. Sadly, the sawmill caught fire on September 9, 2018, and was destroyed. It was a dangerous situation; firefighters took more than 12 hours to extinguish the flames.

He then went on to focus on his acting career. Alan's brother joined the Canadian Forces, studied at the University of Oxford, and ran for office in 2019 with the Conservative Party of Canada. Abigail went on to become a nurse and nutritionist.
